...and a good time was had by all

Some may have expected the annual egg hunt to be cancelled because of the weather.
Others, who know the Lions, understand there is always an alternative plan.
Everyone stayed dry and all of the eggs were distributed, just not in a conventional manner.
This probably the only time we have ever had an entire egg hunt in two photos.
One member hid the eggs in the trunk of his car.

Then everyone stayed dry under the canopy...

...as the participants did a drive-thru, took the eggs home and had their own hunt.

The following photos are purely for entertainment.

This week in Anderson

Tonight the Lions will gather to color the eggs we're distributing Sunday at the Moose Grove in Anderson River Park.

For those who aren't aware, Moose Grove is immediately south of the Scout Hall, next to the water treatment facility.
The hunt starts immediately at 9:00am.
We strongly urge attendees to be there about ten minutes beforehand.
There will be four age groups:
  • toddllers (3 and under)
  • 4-5 years old
  • 6-7 years old
  • 8-9 years old
